5. Beautiful skin is a reflection of a healthy and well functioning body. Practically all skin problems, like acne, eczema, rashes, dryness, etc…, have their roots at imbalances in the body. By eating and living healthy you begin to correct the imbalances and your skin regains the healthy, beautiful glow.

6. Another import part of all the natural acne treatments is exercise because stress is considered another cause for triggering acne. Exercise will not only help you relax, you will also get rid of all your extra body fat.

Ok I am a 36 year old female…Suffered with migraines far back as I can remember. I have been put on every prescription drug known to man I am sure. They all have awful side effects and I decided to try the all natural way..I have recently started seeing an all natural/holistic doctor here in town. I have suffered with anxiety as well for many years and if any of yall have migraines and/or anxiety, yall know how debilitating they are.. Anyways he put me on a “diet” per say…I am 5’3″ and weigh 125 so I am not heavy. I have only been taking the supplements and eating the food plan he has me on since Sunday but I am very weak to the point I feel like I need to lay down. This isn’t good for my job.. I work at a pet groomers bathing any where from 20-45 dogs a day , literally! My job is hard and tiring. My boss told me today that she feels like I am not eating enough and she asked me if the doc knew how hard my job is.. and I am beginning to wonder myself,,,Any help is appreciated.. The food plan “diet” and the supplements he has me on is listed below:::

upon wakening::4oz water with 1 scoop pro-greens,15 drops ginloba, 15 drops clarkia,1 pro-biotic- 1 pro zyme

Breakfast(6:00 am) eat 1/3 cup amaranth (a nasty cereal I have to cook)w/water with 1 tsp raw honey drink 4 oz black cherry juice add 1 egg white and blend (1/3 cup is NOT alot of food)

9:30-1 red delicious apple w/6 inch celery stick ( I hate celery so I blend them in the blender together and drink them. 8 almonds soaked in water for 10 hours -4 oz water w/ 1 pro q10

12:00–4oz water add 15 drops ginloba, 15 drops clarkia, 1 pro-zyme, 1 pro-biotic then a protein shake w/1 pro-omega 3 caps

3:00–10 cherries OR 1 red plum one 6″ celery stick (gross) 8 walnuts soaked in water for 10 hrs , 4oz water with 1 proq10

6:00 pm -4 oz water add 15 drops ginloba, 15 drops, clarkia, 1 prozyme, 1 probiotic than eat..

4oz salmon OR broccoli with (choose 1 only) 4oz of okra, squash, white beans, green peas(choose only 1 of those not all) and a spinach salad that can consist of only carrots, celery, 1 clove garlic, cucumber, and to use lemon and olive oil as a dressing. ( I like maters on my salad )

8:00 pm — 4 oz water with 1/2 scoop pro greens 5 slices cucumber
2 vhp caps.

I can have NO seasoning on any of these things except lemon, onion or garlic.. This is suppose to be for 4 weeks but I don’t know if I can do it, I am relatively strong but I cant function at work being so weak…

Let me add I have always ate healthy, I don’t drink any carbonated drinks of any kind, the only thing I do drink is tea and water and I always ate healthy, no fried foods at all, I always stay away from fast food and all..I honestly thought I was eating healthy before and now he put me on this, as a matter of fact people use to tell me I ate to healthy, what did I know huh?

What does this plan sound like to yall?? Need honest answers please.

There are so many great holistic doctors out there and perhaps you haven’t found the one that is going to work for you. It doesn’t appear that you are eating enough protein or fat in this diet to keep a busy person like yourself going.

I realize the doctor might be trying a detox time thing but I if this isn’t working for you than it isn’t working. Go back and tell him about your concerns if he doesn’t listen, get another doctor. Good luck.
