ran into a really
fun information that talks over Weight Loss Diet from a new

i.e. – Are you adding years to your life by going with skim rather than 2 percent milk?

Is the irony that – to make it lower in sugar or fat or sodium – the manufacturer is just adding an artificial flavor that’s not much healthier than the evil it’s trying to combat?

Alot of “low sugar” produces are just flavored with aspartame or glucose, fructose, etc.

Low fat products are healthier, but generally have less taste compared to the regular product.

  1. lmfao.. milk is not fat free.

    it’s a cholesterol giant no matter how processed the fats are.

    claims? that means it’s on a label.. anything with a label is garbage.

    how about eating fresh fruits and veggies instead.. now there’s the fat free, high vitamin, mineral and soluable protein foods!

    you’re going on about processed foods… there’s nothing in it but chemicals. it’s high in inert fats.. inert proteins, chemicals, adjuncts, preservatives, derivatives, salt, sugars, enhancements synthetic nutrients… yeh, eat that and see how long it takes to put on weight, develop hypertension… impaction of the digestive tract.. colon issues… gerd, IBS and… well i wouldn’t touch that stuff if someone paid me.

    processed foods are worthless traps of obsesity and poor blood chemistry.

    want milk? drink soy..

  2. It depends on what kind of products you buy…like you said, sugar is usually substituted by some unhealthy ingredients. I don’t think the things you listed are a lot healthier but they don’t make you gain weight as much as white flour, fat and sugar do. Who knows if this makes you live longer? It depends on what you eat besides that.
