  1. yeah

  2. Yes, and the “What is the best way to make a lot of money fast?” questions.

  3. Not really. I look forward to all the my fad diet failed and now I have put on more weight than I originally lost. How do I take the weight off fast questions..

  4. yes.it comes back faster than it goes off.there is no quick fix and there is no legal magic bullet.

  5. Not so much tired of them, but bothered by them. So many people do not realize that rapid weightloss is unhealthy for them. It is bad for the heart, bad for the skin, and if using drugs such as the deadly ephedra (aka MaHuang), it can kill them. The best way to lose weight is simply to eat less, eat the right kind of food, and drink plenty of fluid, and exercise. Lose it slowly. If you lose it fast, you are far more likely to gain it back and more.

  6. No, I’m tired of scam artists asking lead questions to market products in public forums.

  7. I sure am. Everybody knows there is no quick fix. Just a healthy diet and exercise.

You have to do something you can do for the rest of your life, or it’ll just come right back.

That means LIFE style changes. Easier said than done.

  8. Okay, I’m getting dizzy again. I just clicked all your cross referenced links. ;o)

We’re a fast society. You know it’s bad when people complain about their fast food taking too long or their microwave pizza taking forever.

We want to see results and we want them yesterday!

I think with any effort to change – give up a bad habit or develop a good new one – we are impatient with ourselves. We want a reward for the hard work it takes.

Have you seen a beer commercial lately? Does anyone really think drinking beer will get you a body like any of the youngsters in the ads? Same for cola, fast food and junk food commercials.

We are bombarded with the images. We want to be like the people on TV and yet when we do it, we don’t look like they do.

    What’s up with that?

It’s hard to plan meals, shop for healthy foods, take the time to prepare them and clean up afterward.

Since it means giving up the food we often use as a reward (doesn’t make sense to bake yourself a cake for losing a pound, now does it?), we want those numbers on the scale to be our reward.

Weight naturally fluctuates. Water weight is most of the dramatic initial loss. If it’s dependent on external payoffs, it’s not going to work.

Truth is it’s a lifestyle change. It’s being honest about what you eat having consequences – for better or worse.

    There are no quick cures.
