Can Someone Help Me With a Weight Loss Plan?
I am always on the
move for interesting articles on
Weight Loss Diets. Today, I
ran into a really
fun piece of content that talks over Weight Loss Diet from a different
perspective. Today’s piece of content is titled Can someone help me with a weight loss plan? .
Question by LaDiDa: Can someone help me with a weight loss plan?
I’m just a young adult (16 years of age) and I’m not completely satisfied with the way I look.
I’m 5 foot 9 inches and I weigh about 220 pounds. I’m on the schools track team and I participate in Discus and Shot. Track practice is not helping me lose weight or gain much muscle mass. I have about an hour or two after practice to do whatever I want.
During those hours I would like to form (with the assistance of another) a workout plan that should help me lose some weight.
This “plan” would also include a healthy diet. Seeing as I live overseas I don’t have access to very much. I do however live on a military base and have access to a very good gym facility.
Any help would be appreciated. If anyone needs more details please email me at darkcloud37@hotmail.com
Thank you.

You need to eat lots of vegetables for fibre, and eat more protein (meat, fish, chicken, nuts, beans) for your metabolism and muscle health. Stay away from sugar foods and sugar drinks, read labels. Make good use of the gym facilities. Train at least 3 days a week in the gym. Do all muscle groups. Start off light for the first few weeks and build up. Walking, cycling, running are all good for lungs and heart and general health.
Don’t skip breakfast. Eating a healthy breakfast would jump-start your day, give you energy and can help you eat in moderation at lunch and dinner. A high-fiber, low-fat breakfast may make a major contribution to a total reduced food intake for the day.
Losing weight is simply a matter of limiting calories consumed and burning off more calories with exercise and daily activities. To lose weight, it helps to know how many calories you are consuming in a day.
Also, eating “Negative Calorie Foods” is great way to lose weight.

I’m so frustrated with my body right now. I’m thinking about trying the Acai Berry. Does anyone else know how well it works? I found a free trial on http://fastestweightloss.notlong.com/ that I might use.
