come across a really
excellent information that discusses Weight Loss Diet from a different

Question by ferny: Can’t stay with my “Healthy Diet”.?
Well whenever i follow my diet, i tend to get intense food cravings and binge on pizza and any other type of junk food. Im very active, run 2 miles 5 times a week and lift weights. I used to be able to follow my diet but not it is just IMPOSSIBLE for me to follow it. I might have lost my will power but i don’t know. I’ve been doing some research and found out that having micro nutrient deficiencies can cause this. But which ones exactly? Im 17 btw.
No i mean this has been happening every day for the past 3 months or so.

Nothing wrong with binging once a week if you keep on it the rest of the time…
