Question by Allen Cockerline: Commercials say “Eat a Healthy Diet” my question is: they don’t define a healthy diet!?
Is this to cover there Butts add? Because if you eat a healthy diet, would you not need those poiseness drugs?
Do they think that people won’t want to know what a heathy diet is? Or is it that they won’t tell you how to eat a healthy diet because they will lose vast amounts of money, because if they ate healthy they wouldn’t necesarily be sick, somehow I believe the stock holders of these companies would be upset! If We were to eat A Healthy Diet instead of the “Standard American Diet” (SAD) would we not slow the purchases of drugs” would we not be going to the Doctors office for every little thing, but going for what doctors were intended to do and that is to fix broken bones or open wounds and those such things?
Does anyone know what a Healthy Diet is?

Exactly.
Every weight-loss program and diet pill commercial out there has the disclaimer that you must eat a healthy diet and exercise in order for it to work. Save your money. Just eat a healthy diet and exercise. That’s all it takes!

Healthy diet = food pyramid in moderation. Meaning don’t eat 5 cups of carrots and call it good. If you use common sense, you’ll be fine.
Dieting isn’t a quick fix but a lifestyle change, so dieting isn’t really going to do anything. Pills only work if you want to take them for the rest of your life.
Instead
1) Eat in moderation
2) Learn WHY you overeat (stress? boredom?)
3) Exercise daily–even 10 minutes is going to make a difference.
