I usually have Propel or Vitamin Water along with regular water. All together, it probably equals eight glasses of water. But do flavored or fitness waters count?

I don’t drink them now but when I did I would count them. Every once in awhile I will grab a Gatorade G2 and count that as well. Water is water…water in food also counts.

Yes, but they also do count as big time calories.
Also, keep in mind that the water that you ingest from foods counts towards your 8 glasses/day. This is hard to calculate, but for example if you are eating fruits like melons and apples and vegetables like celery, you are getting a good amount of water from them.

yes i would count them as well as fruit juices, tea, and energy drinks like Gatorade.
