I’m just wondering if this is true.I been eating a lot of pears which has a lot fiber and I’m hoping that it helps me lose weight. I once heard a lady say “mas caca mas flaca” which is Spanish for “more caca more skinny” lol. But seriously Is this a fact or some urban legend? I must know. This way I’ll know if my diet is working. Sorry don’t mean to be nasty or anything but it’s a natural thing that everyone does so don’t act like I’m some nasty freak or anything. Thanx!

Yes it’s true because when you use the bathroom you’re cleaning out your stomach & if you go often that means that all that stuff ( fat ) that’s stuck
on the walls of your stomach is coming off & out of your body therefore you lose some weight =]
