ran across a really
nice article that talks over Weight Loss Diet from a different

I’ve gained about 5 to 6 pounds in 2 weeks and want to lose it FAST! Plus, my father REALLY wants to loose weight fast too, but can never figure out what to eat. (He’s not good at knowing what foods are good for you or not).
So I found this “3-Day-Diet-Plan” online and some people said it works well for most of them. But honestly, does it REALLY work?

No diet plan works permanently. You will see a change, while DOING the diet, but once you’re off it and back to normal eating and activity habits, the weight will come back. That’s why losing weight fast doesn’t work. You have to be patient and take time with it. 1 – 2 pounds a week, tops, and the weight will stay off. You’ll be happier in the long run that way, instead of constantly doing strict, stupid diets over and over again.

  1. nope, u will gain it all back, try eating 1200-1500 calories a day and running 2 miles a day, good luck!

Sometimes it work but sometimes not ,it depends you body.An old saying from Chinese was that eat less each meal but eat more than 3 meals a day will be health.Maybe you can have a try.In my opinion,the best way to lose weight is do more exercise ,drink more water and eat less food.If you can insist,I believe you will success .
