Ok, I think a multi prong attack would work the best…
I would not concentrate solely on cardio…it is good, but you also want to build muscle, muscle burns more calories than fat…You should probably mix it up a little bit, cardio and strength training.
As far as cardio goes, pure cardio can be anything just as long as you are sustaining an elevated heart rate over a period of time. Running, cycling, eliptical, stair machine, etc. But also concentrate on strength training as well, um I try to stay away from isolated exercises and like exercises that use multiple muscle groups in conjunction…pull ups, squats, throwing a medicine ball etc. just work your ass off, if you don’t feel wore out after your exercise then you are not pushing it. If you feel pain then stop, let your listen to your body it will know when to quit.
Um, and just try to eat healthier…this does not mean a diet or cutting meals, but instead of drinking soda drink water…and think about the nutritional value to calorie ratio in your food…for example if you take in 1500 cal from a McDonalds meal you won’t get as much as if you eat 1500 cal of grilled chicked, steamed veggies, etc…does this make sense.
Be open minded and experiment, don’t get stuck in one routine and change it up….if you start to not get exausted doing the same thing, change it up.
Concentrate on actual fitness over just looking good… I know this is hard to do, but if you wanted you could starve yourself and lose weight, but you won’t be very fit…DONT DO THIS…people need carbs, they need protein, sugars, etc…we have to have them. If you concentrate on actual fitness, the rest will take care of itself. I know some people who look “ripped,” but are no where near as healthy as some people I know that look unassuming. Just concentrate on being able to run farther, do more reps etc.
And stick to it!!!! Lastly, and I believe most importantly make it as fun as possible…this is very important make your exercise fun!!!!
I suggest working on your abs too, but this alone will not get rid of your body fat…as you burn cal…your body will decide where it will take the fat from, its not like if you have arm with fat on it…that if you do curls the arm fat alone will burn…it does not work that way…it just doesn’t your body will take fat from where it wishes…that is also why some people store fat in different places, some store it in thier thighs, some mainly in thier belly…it is just a genetic thing.
I did exercise weightloss disc and I lost about 20 pounds in not even 3 months. And I’ve kept it off
for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the way because it pretty effective and you didn’t have to
count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn’t typical for the amount of time I did it
but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well.here you can find
a good weight loss disc http://www.weightlossdisc.com
