Ok I am constantly on the
search for excellent content on
Weight Loss Diets. This morning, I
came across a really
excellent piece of content that talks over Weight Loss Diet from a different

first of all i dont know what those are called but you know what i’m talking about. I’m 16 years old and not happy with my body, i do exercise everyday but i just dont lose enough weight as i wanted and i’m not patience at all. so is it bad if i take those “losing weight fast” pills from Walgreens or whatever? like does it really work? or do you have better ideas of losing weight fast? thanks
but i dont wanna buy those online, i clearly dont have a credit card any my mom will never approve of it

Hmm the best is to keep on doing excercises as those pills may claim to be wonder most aren’t.

Although the acai fruit which is a natural product really got me stunned.

  1. there are NO magic pills that help you lose weight fast. Exercise more and eat better…that is the only real way to lose weight

  2. Some of them “SOMEWHAT” work… but not worth the risk. When i was younger i used them, and the side effects DO NOT outweigh the benefits. Yes you are losing weigh, but you are also increasing your risk for heart attack, they make your blood pump too fast! Most of them are also full subcaffeine that make your feel horrible! And as soon as you go off of them, you WILL GAIN the weight back! I used to be very much over weight, i used them and i lost some weight, i think like 10 lbs. At first i felt fine, then i felt HORRIBLE! so i went off of them and gained it all back plus TEN EXTRA LBS within a month. Now i’ve been workin out for a few months and i really like the results i see. I know there is NO MAGIC pill out there that exercise will not cure. Exercise also raises your metabolism, which you CANNOT do any other way, so you can eat more and lose weight.

    Just remember the side effects of these pills!

  3. Any weight loss pill is unsafe and most will eventually cause heart and liver problems. Re-think your diet and the food you consume not just your exercise routine. Avoid breads and butter, potatoes & pastas with heavy sauce or creams. Also watch your sugar or high fructose corn syrup (found in most beverages, diet or not) intake. And fried food should be minimal.

  4. There are a lot who are in despair about losing weight. Low calorie diets do not work! Low fat diets do not work! Low carb diets make you miserable! Then how can we do to look thinner?
