Question by anonymous: Do “diet” foods and artificial sweetener really cause cancer?
This came up during a dinner conversation when a friend ordered diet coke, claiming she wanted to be healthy. We all know diet coke is as harmful as regular coke (sugar, sugar, and more sugar) but does it really cause cancer?
And how bad are “diet” foods for you? I’m talking about artificially fat-free items such as fat free whipped cream and fat free pudding.
