Question by : My best friend’s “salad diet”?
For about 6 months now my best friend has been on this “salad diet” and literally will not eat anything else. She has 2 salads a day and a spoon full of peanut butter. She isn’t losing any weight and she’s tired and moody all the time. She wasn’t like this a while ago. She’s 22 but still lives with her parents. I’ve tried talking to her but don’t know what else to do? Does anyone have any suggestions on other foods we could try convincing her to put back into her diet? I’m not a doctor or anything and maybe only salad is fine but I’m not sure.. So I’d definitely appreciate any input!

Celery and peanut butter. Yum. Apples and peanut butter. Fruits and veggies. Water and juice. Lots of nuts. No carbs at all. No oily food. No soda.
