When you hear about fast diets, you may be thinking that a fast diet must be difficult. Think again my friend!
Some programs to lose weight fast are little more than liquid diets. In fact, this is what we are going to be talking mostly about. However, there will be one diet mentioned that is not a total liquid diet. All of these diets are easy to use and go through. However you have to follow them as directed. Quick weight loss is the goal here.
As with all diets, a doctor should be consulted before starting these or any other diet that you may be thinking about trying.
Our first diet of liquid is the all familiar Lemonade diet. Many of you have heard about this one. This is a 10 day diet during which you drink around 100 ounces per day of the lemonade mixture. In the morning, there is a salt flush that you have to take first, and then in the evening an herbal tea laxative. This will not only help you to lose weight, but it will also flush out all poisons in your body. This is a quick weight loss diet for certain.
Our second diet of choice is the Hollywood Diet. This is a liquid two day fast that averages about 400 calories a day. There are many recipes online for this particular diet instead of getting the expensive diet drink from a local health food store, you can make your own. Remember, this is all that you will be drinking for two days. It is not recommended to go further than two days with this particular diet as it can become problematic if drawn out for more than two days. The recipes are easy to make and good for you as well. This is a great way to lose pounds.
The third diet that we will be talking about is the Grapefruit diet. This is a 12 day plan that is limited in scope. The plan runs for 12 days on and take two days off. You will be eating a lot of grapefruit with this diet as well as limited items such as spinach, bell peppers, red onions, broccoli and other items. You are not allowed to eat celery, white onions or potatoes during this particular diet. This diet allows for eating of meat and fish. You can get quick weight loss with this particular diet, however, it may make you crazy with all the grapefruit that you have to eat.
When looking at any fast diet, you have to ask yourself one question: Is this the right diet and right way for me to diet? Sometimes a quick diet is not the answer. Each individual will have to answer that for themselves. There are plenty of diets that didn’t make this list that are good for dropping weight quickly and safely. Make sure that you do a fast diet safely.
