Maybe donkey kicks? Get down on the floor on your hands and knees and kick your leg up in the air. I can feel it burning when I do that.
For losing weight around your theighs I would reccomend doing the Ski Sit.

I’d say aerobics

well the other day i was exercising and i jump roped for an entire song (i was listening to music) in between each different exercise. i can tell it worked my legs because i can still feel the soreness today
Hey Jenny! Definitely try the Carmen Electra Stripaerobics (Fit to Strip) The 2nd DVD in the series is an actual work out not a striptease thing at all. It will get your body in shape fast. I started doing it about 3-4 times a week. Now I just do it once, sometimes twice. I saw results after the 2nd week. My brother, who is a personal trainer at an elite gym near us, finally gave in & agreed to check it out. Now he uses some of the excercises with his clients and they all love it. Seriously check it out!!
You cant target fat loss. When you do cardiovascular activity, your body just gets fat from all over, however, it tends to go after your larger fat stores first.
Cardiovascular activity like running, swimming, elliptical trainers, etc are going to be your best bet to quickly lose fat. If you do some strength training exercises and build up a bit of muscle, it will help your metabolism speed up and youll burn more calories and lose more fat all the time.
