Fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, rice, meat. Not so much red meat.Fish. Stick to these and keep away from fast foods and you will live long and prosper.

A healthy diet would ideally consist of fresh fruit & vegetables eaten with enough protein derived from fish & nuts.
Red meat is not particularly good for you if eaten on a daily basis in quantity. However, the main thing you should focus on is to eat reasonable portions at regular intervals and not become too obsessive with exactly what you eat.
As long as you are not consuming large quantities of junk food on a daily basis and assuming that you have a sensible exercise program, you should be fine.
Your mental state is very important in maintaining good health and relaxation plays a large part in physical health.
To recap; just make sure that you eat fresh produce as much as possible without becoming too obsessed and keep to reasonable sized portions. Eat little and often. EXERCISE daily and maintain a RELAXED mental state and you should be fine.
